1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare, tanning, or beauty products

Personal care items (e.g. oils, creams, lotions) once the seal is broken

Gift cards or downloadable products

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Sale items and promotional items are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
