Once your order is placed, you will see the estimated delivery time at checkout and in your order confirmation email. We ship quickly so that your glow doesn’t have to wait. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you will always receive a tracking link once your package is on its way.

We accept major credit/debit cards, mada, Apple Pay, and secure payment gateways such as Tap, HyperPay, and PayTabs (depending on your country). In Saudi Arabia, we also support STC Pay and selected Buy Now, Pay Later options like Tabby or Tamara.

Yes! While we are based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we ship to customers worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by region and will be shown at checkout.

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges are possible if your item arrives defective or damaged. Please email us with your order number and photos so we can assist you. At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different products or scents — only replacements of the same item.
